I’m really sort of stuck , trying to figure out if fried eggs and salmon (ignoring non seared or any kind of color) would work.. my salmon is more often than not a miso honey glaze , garlic lemon .. and both of those with fried eggs sounds .. odd..

Not exactly a criticism, I am just very curious. You could have easily seared those fish nicely then fried some eggs after. It would be a bit boring/plain but completely delicious. I dont understand what you were going for here lol maybe got lazy half way and just dumbed the eggs in?
